When trying to upload conversions via the Google Ads API, we're getting this error:

Google Ads rejected conversion without GCLID: Customer is not allowlisted for accessing this feature., at conversions[0].wbraid

How do we get the account added to 'allowlisted' for this feature?

I have the very same issue. 
I'm creating Offline Conversions using clicks - I store URL that hits the page and use gclid to create Offline Conversion. That works with gclid, but I get that error message when I try to use wbraid parameter. 
Instead of setting field 'gclid' in ClickConversion type I set wbraid field and keep gclid empty.

Hi Kubber,

Can you please try reaching out to your Google representative? This feature is allowlisted, and the representative will have to initiate this process.

Hello Google Team,

We are also facing the same error Customer is not allowlisted for accessing this feature., at conversions[0].wbraid as we are losing lots of conversions coming through iOS devices. Although we did tried reaching out to our google representative but unfortunately he has been unresponsive till date. 

Can anyone please tell me how we can get this feature enabled, really its a critical issue for us?

Hello,

Thank you for your response. It’s not just limited to one account because we have an mcc account where we manage the campaigns of our clients. Currently we need api access to client customer I’d 627-705-1548 where we are making api calls to post the offline conversions, however we will make api calls to other accounts too which are under the mcc account. So we need to get this feature enabled for all accounts that we authorize in our internal software. Our mcc customer id is 366-456-1482 which have standard api access.

Can you enable this feature for our developer token so that we can use this api freely without having to make request for each account?

Hello,

We have already reached our google representative and its been a week but he is not responding to our emails. We also sent him reminder email but still he is being unresponsive, its very pathetic situation because we cannot properly optimise our accounts because of missing conversions.

Can you please get this API enabled as its a top priority for us now?

Hello,

We got a response from our google account representative and he is saying to contact to Google Ads Manager support https://support.google.com/admanager/#topic=7505988&utm_source=admanager.google.com&utm_medium=et&utm_campaign=admanager.google.com%2Fhome%2F&hl=en 

I don't understand how come google ads api issue is related to Google Ads manager. Can anyone please confirm do we really need to speed this up with ads manager support?

I really understand where you are coming from right now and I know how important this is to you and your company. To be honest with you, we, from Google Ads API support team is limited only in supporting Google Ads API related concerns. Allow listing is beyond our scope of support. I hope you understand that. I am not also sure why your Google Account representative asked you to contact Google Ad Manager. Google Ad Manager is a different product of Google. What we can do here now is to advise you to reach out to the Google Ads Support team because they are more equipped regarding this concern and they will guide you to your account manager which will be the one to process the allowlisting for WBRAID.

Unfortunately Google ads support team are also not able to help with this. Attached the screenshot of the support chat who denied us to help with it.

So with that being said this issue is never ever going to be solved by you guys.

Thanks for getting back to us. Today I’ve already reached out to you on this forum thread. As mentioned in that thread, you may seek assistance from Google Ads Product Support team, if they can assign a new Google representative / Account Manager since your existing is still not responding to your emails, and move further with allowlisting process. If in case they won't be able to assign, then you may have to wait until this feature get available to everyone without any allowlisting. I would suggest keeping an eye on this blog as we will post for such updates when they are made available to the public.
