  - i need to implement date range drop down shown as above attachment report.png .
  - all report filter by selected date and its report data stored into database so how to possible to filter data by date range ??

Could you confirm if you are using the AdWords API? If yes, you may refer to our reporting guide on how to setup Date ranges in your report definition.
