LSA API Detailed Lead Reports

I was running the LSA API for  Detailed Lead Reports, but the outcome was  503 (Service Unavailable). When I did for  Account Reports, data came up. Is there a reason why detailed lead reports is not working, but Account Reports is working for LSA API?

THE URL I was put was 

https://localservices.googleapis.com/v1/accountReports:search?query=manager_customer_id:xxxxxxxxxx;customer_id:xxxxxxxxxx;&startDate.day=30&startDate.month=5&startDate.year=2022&endDate.day=1&endDate.month=6&endDate.year=2022
