Test Developer Token Not working

Hello Team,

I have generated oauth2 refresh token for my test manager account , and trying to fetch customer information using test developer token but I am not getting any data.

similar way if I use production developer token for same refresh token then data is retrieving from api , could you please let me know what the reason behind this?

anything am I doing wrong?

I am using PHP Programming language.

Please advice.

Since you mentioned that a production developer token is the only one working for you when accessing an account, it seems that the account that you're trying to access is not a test account. You may refer to this link to learn more on the access levels of developer tokens and the type of accounts that they can access. You can refer to the instructions in the same link if you want to apply for a higher access level.

 

If you think the developer token is not the issue, please provide the complete request and response logs with request ID where you can retrieve data as well as the complete request and response logs where you are encountering an issue so I can further investigate. You may send these to me via Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send it directly to googleadsa...@google.com, just let me know in this thread once you have sent it so I can check on our end.
