Regarding Estimator Service Limits

Hey Adwords API Community,

Just a quick one regarding tools like the TrafficEstimatorService and, "The maximum number of keyword estimate requests across all campaign estimate requests and ad group estimate requests is 2500." I'm a bit confused by what this line means. Is this a lifetime limit for the service or for a single request limit? Guessing a latter but hard to tell and I'm still on a test account. I understand the general API daily and rate limits but just want to understand if I'm free to use these data feeds as much as I like as long as I stay under the daily limits.
