Еxtract detailed data from Brand Lift reports

Dear Google Support Team,

I work for a digital advertising analytics agency and need to regularly extract detailed data from Brand Lift reports (age, gender, device, campaign, and video breakdown tables for Ad Recall, Consideration, and Purchase Intent reports).

Could you please clarify:

Is there any method to export this data other than manual through the Google Ads interface information we need (tables) on Brand Lift metrics (Age, Gender, Device, Campaign, Video)?

If no direct method exists, are there alternative solutions to access this information?

Currently, I'm manually exporting each table, which is time-consuming. I would greatly appreciate any information about available options to automate this process.
