Using the Api.net I want to upload a file via code C# to a bell

The file is Excel format so you can process it

If you can do it, please help me.

The examples in page developers isn't clear

Thank you for reaching out. Can you please clarify what type of file you are trying to upload? Also, what API are you trying to use (AdWords API or Google Ads API)?
