Hi Team,

I have an audience with 1Million users. Below are the steps i am performing in order
a. OfflineUserDataJobOperationsRequest removeAll
b. add 2Million users to same list in batch size of 50K.

Since the actions are performed in order, can there be some time, when no users are there in the list (because a got processed but step b did not)?  If no how much delay between a and b is acceptable to that audience size does not go to 0?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

With regard to your concern, as per this Customer match consideration (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/remarketing/audience-types/customer-match#customer_match_considerations) if your job includes a remove_all operation, it may run for up to 72 hours. Then, it takes 6 to 48 hours for a list to be populated with members, so you'll most likely see an "In Progress" status (on the Google Ads UI) if you upload to an audience list more frequently than once every 12 hours.

However, if you encounter any discrepancy or error when implementing it, kindly provide us the un-cropped screenshots of the UI and the complete request and response logs with request ID generated in the API side.

You can provide these via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsa...@google.com.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out.

Upon checking, it appears that there's an existing email thread with the same subject and concern where we asked for more information. That being said, kindly avoid creating multiple threads for better tracking and to avoid confusion. I would suggest using the original/other thread for further discussion on this issue.
