InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR while adding HTML5 ads

Hi all,

I try to add some HTML5 ads using BatchJobs (I didn't try to send it without BatchJobs; API version is 201802) and get InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR.

Can anyone help me please? Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

The UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR indicates that there might be a temporary issue in the servers or could be due to a bug. Could you confirm if you are able to encounter this multiple times? If yes, you may send to me your clientCustomerId and the SOAP request and response logs so I can further investigate.
