Hi Ivan,
Thank you for reaching out to our API support team. I had to delete your initial post due to the sensitive information contained. Posting the redacted contents below instead :
"Since March 1 19:00 GMT+1 (hour of Madrid, Spain), we are experimenting a very strange behavior with the Google Ads API. All was working well in our system with the processes that uses this API. And nothing has changed from our side when the errors start to happen.
We have two system, with two different credentials to use the API. These are the following:
Credentials 1:
access token: <access token 1>
refresh token: <refresh token 1>
Credentials 2:
access token: <access token 2>
refresh token: <refresh token 2>
Some requests to the API are throwing these two errors:
grpc._channel._InactiveRpcError: <_InactiveRpcError of RPC that terminated with:
status = StatusCode.UNAVAILABLE
details = "failed to connect to all addresses"
debug_error_string = "{"created":"@1646211620.826781346","description":"Failed to pick subchannel","file":"src/core/ext/filters/client_channel/client_channel.cc","file_line":3158,"referenced_errors":[{"created":"@1646211620.826780191","description":"failed to connect to all addresses","file":"src/core/lib/transport/error_utils.cc","file_line":147,"grpc_status":14}]}"

google.auth.exceptions.TransportError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='accounts.google.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /o/oauth2/token (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7fa0e33fc518>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 101] Network is unreachable',))
As I said, we are getting these response in some of our processes, but in others (executed same time and with exactly the same types of requests) these errors do not appear, they finished ok. It is very strange because everything was going ok since it started to fail in many of our processes from yesterday at 7 pm (Madrid Hour).
Is there something wrong with the API? We are experimenting same error in a large variety of calls.
Please, we need an answer as soon as possible."
Moving forward, so our team can take a closer look, could you confirm if you are using any of the supported
client libraries? If not, are you using the
REST interface? In addition, could you provide if available the complete
request and
response logs, and
request-id, generated when the error occurred? Furthermore, could you share as well the MCC / manager account where your developer token is associated to?
You may then send the requested information via the
Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our
googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
Best regards,
