I got [RateExceededError <rateName=BillingPerDay, rateKey=level1_plan, rateScope=DEVELOPER, retryAfterSeconds=86400>] last 2 days after only 51 calls to TargetingIdeaService.

Before this issue I worked 7 monthes without any problems. 

I read https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/ratesheet2 and can't understand how can I get this error. I tryed to reset token and get the same error in 2 minutes  and 51 requests.

My customer id is 144-043-4339

  This is a known issue - we're working on a fix for this - the operation counting is incorrect for TargetingIdeaService at the moment.

We're working on a fix and hope to have it in production in a week or two.  In the meantime, we recommend avoiding calls to the TargetingIdeaService as it will use up a Basic level quota very rapidly.

I've also experienced this issue with the TrafficEstimatorService and would recommend taking a look into that as well...

I am also getting this error ("RateExceededError") after sending about 500 keywords to the targeting idea service 7 times, total of 3500 keywords. Then I can't use it after that.

Hi there, I'm getting this issue too, after a very small amount of requests while trying set destination URLs on keywords. Is this the same, known issue, or something new?

Has the issue with TargetingIdeaService been fixed. I tried retrieving Search Volume but the service threw RateExceededError.

I'm getting the error  "[RateExceededError <rateName=BillingPerDay, rateKey=level1_plan, rateScope=DEVELOPER, retryAfterSeconds=86400>]" even though I have only used normal units so far.
 Can anyone tell me how the 10k per day are working?  My system was working perfectly until today morning,  can someone pleas help me
