Discrepancy in broad match keyword text in Ads API vs UI (surrounding brackets)

Hi,

I'm seeing an issue where a certain broad match keyword is served by the API with [brackets] surrounding the keyword text, but the Ads UI shows it without the brackets.

In the Ads UI, this keyword is displayed as "+foo +bar +baz"

This only is happening with some individual keywords; most broad match keywords are returned by the API correctly without the brackets.
