VideoCampaigns and VideoAds / YouTube Promoted Videos

Hello,
i'm looking for a solution to add VideoCampaigns and VideoAds for
Promoted YouTube Videos over the AdWords API. I found the templateAd
with templateID 13 for Promoted YouTube Videos, but i don't know how
to obtain the mediaId for my YouTube Videos needed to set in the
templateAd (videoId, type VIDEO).

Video campaigns and the AdWords for Video product are not accessible using the API.

Hi - is there an update on this topic, re API support for YouTube videos?  Or information on when there might be support?  I'm thinking primarily from the reporting side of things, rather than the campaign management side.

There are still currently no updates as to when this feature will be available.
