how to setting optimized targeting through Google Ads API?

I created an AdGroup through Google Ads Web, but I not find optimized targeting setting by the query result of Google Ads Api, so i don't know how to setting optimized targeting through Google Ads API, and not understand which class I should care in the link Google Ads API Reference
