Hi Naveen,

I do not see a pending request from a Merchant Center account to your AdWords account. You need to use the Merchant Center user interface to send this invitation, or use the Content API for Shopping to update the adwordsLinks of your Account. Once you have sent the request, you can accept the invitation in your AdWords account using CustomerService.mutateServiceLinks(). When you change the linkStatus from PENDING to ACTIVE, you need to set the serviceType and the serviceLinkId fields in the operand.
