Basic Level API Access - 3 Weeks and Waiting

Hi,

I applied over 3 weeks ago and have still not heard back.  We are almost complete with the full integration and have tested successfully with our Test Account.  We would love to go live ASAP but need the Basic Access approval.

The MCC ID is 140-496-4366

Please let me know what is delaying this process.
