API Standard Access: Case ID not asigned and no response from Google

I have repeatedly requested basic access to the Ads API and have received no response from the support team.

I have also filled out the following form to contact the Google Ads API Compliance team, but have yet to receive a response.

I would appreciate it if you could look into my case and let me know when you expect a response from Google.
