Unable to get sales from website

One of my client is getting 2 orders daily from amazon for the snake and ladder game product. So the client decided to go ahead with ppc shopping campaign from his own website. The ads are showing up in the top results of shopping ads but no conversions are happening. Kindly suggest as what is missing.

The same products are being sold in amazon website but unable to convert in our website. Do let me know...Thanks

In order to better investigate your concern, could you confirm if you are using the AdWords API or a different API? If you are using the AdWords API, could you provide more details such as the clientCustomerId, any SOAP request and response generated or the complete report definition if you are using any of our report types?
