how to access and mutate campaign without approval of developer token credentials and upgrade

To be able to access and mutate the campaigns that we create on Google Ads via rest, is there any other way besides asking for token developer approval, and token credentials? because I have submitted 2 times but no results yet

Moving forward to your concern, please note that we from Google Ads API support team do not have any visibility in the on going process of your developer token application. Google Ads Compliance team handles the developer token application process. Usually, they will send you an email regarding your application within 48 hours (2 business days). If you haven't receive their email message, please check your spam folder and if you haven't found any emails from them, what we can do is to advise you to reach out to them by filling up this form. Add to that, when you are going to use the Google Ads API, you need to follow this guide.
