"Products and Services" taxonomy, where are the IDs for TargetingIdeaService ?

Dear all,
I am trying to use the TargetingIdeaService, adding a CategoryProductsAndServicesSearchParameter to the request... however, the CategoryProductsAndServicesSearchParameter needs a categoryId, that is a xsd:int and should be found in the "Products and Services" taxonomy, as the docs at [http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reference/latest/TargetingIdeaService.CategoryProductsAndServicesSearchParameter.html#categoryId] say.

Where is this taxonomy? The only taxonomy I could find is at [http://support.google.com/merchants/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=160081] but there is no trace of numerical IDs!

What about test accounts? Where can I get a correct ID - value mapping for developments taking place in a test account?

If no public service or service method for this exists, could it be possible for you guys to add a getCategoryCriterion or getCategoryProductsAndServicesCriterion to the ConstantDataService that provides this feature?

That way I could programmaticly load an updated live taxonomy from either a test account or regular account at any time, much like I already can for languages, carriers, genders, etc.
