I’m facing an issue where GBRAID-keyed offline conversions are
successfully accepted via UploadClickConversions but after the documented 72-hour window they’re still 0 in both “Conversions by conversion time” and “All conversions” columns.

Is there any additional requirement for GBRAID offline conversions to appear in reporting, other than counting_type = Every and conversion_date_time ≤ 72 h ago?

From the  provided screenshot, I noticed that you are getting ONE_PER_CLICK_CONVERSION_ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED_WITH_BRAID error which means conversion actions which use the one-per-click counting type cannot be used with gbraid or wbraid. Having said that, I would suggest using different counting type, specifically the MANY_PER_CLICK. In addition, you can use this conversion_action report to retrieve and check conversion action instances.

And I can see the provided screenshot is cropped, so we cannot see the Google Ads customer ID, so could you please provide us with an uncropped UI screenshot with visible Google Ads customer Id with the associated conversion action to further investigate your issue?
