Ads API | Refresh token

Hello Ads API support, 

I am getting some issues with getting wrong customers in API response. 

Earlier I had the refresh token given by my collegue for an application in google console. 
I used that to make the requests like `listAccissableCustomers` which was giving me the response of our current customers. 

But now when I try to make the refresh token on my own using the same applications client-id /secret and completing the OAuth flow, and trigger the same api. 
I get entirely different customers, which were not there previously. 

Note:  I have standard access to the google ads account.
