Hello,

GetKeywordIdeas.php example gets keyword ideas related to a seed keyword. You could see accurate results only with a Production AdWords account. Could you confirm the scenario if you are trying, to fetch keyword ideas or historical stats for a specific keyword? You could find my response to the scenarios below:

1. If you are trying to fetch related keywords then you can use TargetingIdeaService using the GetKeywordIdeas.php code sample. You could also use the TargetingIdeaService using GetKeywordIdeas.php program by changing the RequestType to STATS instead of IDEAS as mentioned in this guide. Now you will get one row for each of the keywords you entered along with the historical stats. Please check this guide on how to map the Keyword Planner to the TargetingIdea Service. 
   
   
2. In case you are trying to estimate keyword traffic then you can use TrafficEstimatorService using EstimateKeywordTraffic.php program to get the estimated traffic for your keywords. You can refer this guide for more information on estimating traffic. Please check this guide on how to map the Keyword Planner to the Traffic Estimator Service.
