Hi Yudi,

App campaigns cannot use portfolio bidding strategy created through the BiddingStrategyService. As stated in this guide, you will need to specify the bidding strategy directly when creating the campaign and the bidding strategy you need to use should be based on the goal type you specified in the AppCampaignSetting.AppCampaignBiddingStrategyGoalType field.

Thanks for the info, but what I am looking for is to adjust the target_cpa value on existing App Campaigns.

Is this possible?
