Someone can help me? 

I try to obtain ad group simulation but return an error.

My apologies for the delay. Also, I had to edit some of the details of your initial post for security. You may refer to our forum posting guidelines for more information on what you may share publicly.

Moving forward, could you try and remove the hyphens in the dates of your resource name? You may refer to the below example :

~BID_MODIFIER~DEFAULT~20190501~20191212

Now returns the error resource not found. But the customer exists and the ad group.

Note: Because ours email server blocks send email to you i can't send private reply :(

Could you confirm if the below (full) example resource name was what you passed in the request?

Hi Diogo,

Thank you for sending that information over, I did receive it and was able to look into the issue for you. The problem is that the customer account ID you provided is for a test account. Since simulations use historical data to simulate performance, they can't be used with test accounts that do not serve ads. To access ad group simulations you'll need to query a production ad group that's been serving ads and has some performance data.

I sent my response to you in private. If you haven't seen it yet, you may refer below for its contents :

"Upon further discussion with the team, it would appear that the issue might be originating from the newly created ad group. It appears that, due to being new, it doesn't have enough information for a proper simulation to be performed. The requirements for a successful simulation should depend on having established criterion, ad group, or campaign

For now, I would recommend that you wait for some time before you resend your request for the simulation."

That said, could you confirm if you continue to encounter the said issue?
