PermissionDenied denied while using grpc

Hi,
Has anyone had this issue? Please help.

We are using .NET client library for Google ads API but we are facing an issue And we are using MCCCustomerID = "444-523-7672".

i am using DownloadReportAsync function of ParallelReportDownload example.

Below is the exception that we are getting
GoogleAdsException: Status(StatusCode="PermissionDenied", Detail="The caller does not have permission", DebugException="Grpc.Core.Internal.CoreErrorDetailException: {"created":"@1646913486.443000000","description":"Error received from peer ipv6:[2404:6800:4007:81e::200a]:443","file":"..\..\..\src\core\lib\surface\call.cc","file_line":1070,"grpc_message":"The caller does not have permission","grpc_status":7}")

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out. Can you please ensure the following:

1. If you are authenticating as a manager, please set the login customer ID header
2. Please make sure the user email that created the OAuth credentials in the Cloud Console project also has access in the target account

If you continue to have issues with this, please privately provide us with the request and response logs.
