Hi Team

I have a campaign with the “Demand Gen” type and a configured audience, which lights up like a signal in the interface

How can I get the metric for it? there is no data in ad_group_audience_view / campaign_audience_view.

In order to assist you further, kindly provide us with the "uncropped" UI screenshot of the report that you are referring to in the earlier email with the visible customer ID. You may also send the complete API logs (request and response logs with request-id and request header) generated at your end, where you get no data using the query from ad_group_audience_view or campaign_audience_view.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.

It appears that every campaign in your account (987-757-9098) has been paused, which is the reason you're observing zero clicks. Additionally, this might be due to:

• The entities are ineligible for showing.
• They might have been paused within the report's date range.
