Temporary limits on ad uploads in AdWords API

Hello,

According to http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/2015/06/temporary-limits-on-ad-uploads-in.html
number of AdGroupAd ADD operations will be/is limited.

Is it a constant limit of such operations per account or maybe it fluctuates? If constant, then what is the exact number of operations/requests per day?

Hi Robert,

The document you referenced has temporary limits on ads upload. The AdWords API accounts with basic access have a daily limit of 10,000 operations. Accounts with standard access have no daily limit on operations. You can apply for standard access by filling out this standard access account form. Please check out our rate limit guide.
