CALL_NOT_FOUND Error

Hi Guys,

We use Call Tracking Metrics for call tracking. We've never had any issues in the past but we recently added some new accounts and the conversions just aren't recording in Google Ads. We can see the calls in the CTM dashboard, but nothing in Ads. We ran the logs in CTM and saw that Google is sending the CALL_NOT_FOUND error each time. CTM support told us to contact Google about it and I just haven't heard back yet so I figured I would post it here to see if anybody could help me get to the bottom of it.

For us to investigate further on the CALL_NOT_FOUND error, could you provide us with the complete request and response logs with the request-id, so our team can better check?

For the client library, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link. You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias by referring to this post.
