Ads API Basic access level validation is pending for a long time

Hello,

We have been asking for the Basic Level, and we still have no response.

I have been contacting the support by all the forms provided in the previous threads I saw here, but I haven't received any more news.

Here is my last ticket case  ID 7-7568000035541

This began to be really problematic for my product, so I would appreciate some reactivity here. I am to your disposal for sending complementary information if needed, the ID of the ads manager account is inside the above ticket for privacy issue.
