Batch jobs with ResponsiveSearchAds take up to days to finish

Hi Ads Team,

We've been having some problems with batch jobs taking up to multiple days to finish. A small investigation showed that this often happens for batch jobs containing ResponsiveSearchAd operations. For example, ID = 3610427236, 10000 operations, started almost 2 days ago and only around 32% is executed. We're using BatchJobService from API v201809.

Do you know why this is happening? Is there something we can do?

So our team can investigate, could you share your customer ID, other batch job IDs, and the complete SOAP request and response logs? Also, since you will be sending your customer ID, and SOAP logs, you may send your reply using the Reply privately to author option.

Thanks for your response. It seems I don't have permissions to reply privately, "Reply to author" is greyed out. What do I have to do to enable it?
