Report service returning duplicate performance data for creative?

Hello, I am having an issue with the creative performance report. We
are expecting 2 rows per creative (Content, Search), but many times we
are getting two Search rows, and sometimes 1 Content row, and 2 Search
rows - all for the same date. Here is our XML request (I have erased
the user/pass/tokens):

Try leaving out columns MaximumCPC and MaxContentCPC.
A short explanation is that these columns are keyword attributes, by
introducing these attributes the report will get aggregations on those
attributes. To see what I mean, include column Keyword and see the
results: you'll get an aggregation on keywords.

Having said that, this won't solve your problem for any circumstance.
Once I got duplicate records because the budget was changed in the
middle of the day - I got records with old and new budget. That was
two or three years ago, but then I realized I should never make
assumptions on column uniqueness.

Hi,

Zweitze's explanation is correct, introducing the MaximumCPC column is
causing the report to return a row for each possible maxCpc, which in
that example is 5000000 and 5500000.

Date in CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT  also have the same issue 
if I need the Date (Day)  then what should I do of these multiple records ?

Hi Sohair,

Do you mean you see duplicates when you add the Date field to the report? Could you please provide the SOAP XML report definition and the downloaded report where you see this issue? Please click on Reply privately to author when responding.
