Difference between AccountDescriptiveName and CustomerDescriptiveName

what is the difference between the two fields?

usually they coincide but it isn't always the case.

Hello Arthur,

AccountDescriptiveName will be the same as CustomerDescriptiveName when the latter is not null. Otherwise, it will return the company name if it is available.
