Hello! How much important  is  $selector->paging = new \Paging(0, \AdWordsConstants::RECOMMENDED_PAGE_SIZE)

when we get data about campaigns? Could it be omitted?

Hello, 

You choose a page size that is desired for your application. It determines how many results you receive in a single API request. The maximum results per page is 10000.
