[Urgent] Help on Google Ads API issue

Hello team,

We are CleverAds, reseller of Google Ads in Vietnam, and I need your help on Google Ads API issue. 

On Sep 27, 2023, our Google Ads API access level was downgraded from Standard access to Test Account without any reasons. 

I have filled out the appeal form, but it has been 5 days since then, and I have received no response from the team, and the API is still in Test Account access level. 

This issue significantly affects the operations of our system, as I am an reseller and need the API to manage multiple clients. 

I kindly request that this be prioritized for urgent resolution. Thank you!
