How to add negative dynamic ad target?

Is the below operation of adding a URL as negative dynamic ad target supported in the API?  Is so, how can it be done?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

You can use the CampaignCriterionService or AdGroupCriterionService to apply negative criterion at the campaign or ad group level, respectively. To filter by URL, you can use the placement criterion.
