Not all audiences are fetched with Audience Performance Report

Hi,

I'm using a 3rd party service (databox) to create data charts from the API.

I have discrepancies between reporting in the Google Ads UI and the responses from the API. They (databox) advised to turn to the API support directly, since they are saying they're showing all that they receive in the API response.

I have a copy of the API response that they sent me, and it indeed shows just partial data for that time period. Partial meaning not all clicks for example, but more importantly, some of the audiences (both in-market and custom) are totally missing from the report.

Any advice on how to get all data, or solve the discrepancy would be appreciated!

You can refer here on how you can retrieve the other audience types that you are looking for. However, if the said audiences are still not appearing, and so our team can further investigate, could you provide your customer ID, the complete screenshot of Google Ads UI view you are using as reference, and also the complete report definition in XML or AWQL form?

You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
