Can't get keyword idea response

We gevined keyword "COVID-19" to  KeywordPlanIdeaService. But can not get response.

php google-ads-php/examples/Planning/GenerateKeywordIdeas.php --customerId  MY_CUSTOMER_ID --locationIds OUR_LOCATION_ID --languageId OUR_LANGUAGE_ID --keywordTexts "COVID-19"
