Different values from Google ads and adwords for CpmBid.

Hello,

I am getting CpmBid from Adwords and its coresponding attribute, ad_group_criterion.effective_cpm_bid_micros, from Google Ads. But,The result is differtent. Adwords return -- and Google Ads 10000.

This is my the query:

Select campaign.id,ad_group_criterion.criterion_id,ad_group.id,ad_group_criterion.effective_cpc_bid_micros,ad_group_criterion.effective_cpm_bid_micros From display_keyword_view

Please let me know if I am missing something.
