Payment details in test account

Good afternoon. To work with Google Ads Api, I created a test account, but when entering payment profiles, it says "Your account does not have access rights to payment data. Please contact your account administrator for help.". The main account has postpaid payments. Can you please tell me how to add the same payment profile to a test account?

Добрый день. Для работы с Google Ads Api, создал тестовый аккаунт, но при входе в платёжные профили пишет "У вашего аккаунта нет прав доступа к платежным данным. Обратитесь за помощью к своему администратору аккаунта.". Основной аккаунт имеет платежи по постоплате. Подскажите пожалуйста, каким образом можно добавить такой же платёжный профиль в тестовый аккаунт?

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API team.

Moving forward to your concern, kindly note that test accounts appear in the Google Ads UI as cancelled accounts and it does not support billing or serving, though API requests still work. Test accounts won't affect your live ads or charge your account, hence, they're a useful way to experiment with the API. You may check this documentation for more information about test accounts.

And how can you test methods related to changes and additions of budgets on test accounts?

А как можно протестировать методы, связанные с изменениями и добавлениями бюджетов на тестовых аккаунтах?

Thank you for the reply. I work with Carmela and allow me to assist you here. 

With regard to your concern, as mentioned by the document that my colleague provided. "Production accounts serve ads that are rendered to users and involve billing. Test accounts, on the other hand, appear in the Google Ads UI as cancelled accounts since there are no active billing or serving, though API requests still work." as discussed here. However, I can refer you to this overview on how billing is set up

However, could you please provide us with a screenshot of the whole Ads UI where we can see the balance of the established limit for the client in the Ads UI? This so that our team can accurately verify, and provide specific recommendations.
