Google Event Snippet and Google Global Site Tag Not Working

I've generated google event snippet and google global site tag for a child account in Adwords using API V201802. In order to test those codes, I've put both the codes in a web page between <head></head> tags. When ever I visit that webpage, that conversions are not being reflected in Adwords UI under the Conversions column. Am I doing anything wrong??

Hi Krishna,
Could you confirm if you followed the steps to create a conversion tag as per this Help Center article? If you have issues, you can also troubleshoot your conversion tracking tag, by referring to this Help Center article. If, however, you still have issues, please contact the AdWords product team using the Help option in your AdWords account, so that they can troubleshoot further.
