How to increase conversions?

Good Day!

I am running an Adwords campaign for 2 months. The landing page is www.hairsafesolutions.com, I used the 'maximize clicks' bid strategy. It generated a lot of impressions but the average CTR is 1.01%. The daily budget is $20, I want to generate conversions more, should I change the bid strategy like "maximise conversions" for this campaign?

I need some advises. Thanks a lot.
