Not Getting ChangeData for specific Account when we know we have made changes

Hi all,

For the Period 2015-12-11 09:56:00 until 2015-12-15 14:00:02, so that is from last Friday morning until this afternoon, our sync requests for a particular account have been telling us that there is no changed data for the account. We request a sync for each of our accounts every 15 minutes, so for this 4 day period we have been asking for data changes since the last change, but have been told there have been none.

Over that 4 day period however, we have been making numerous changes to the account and indeed we can see all the changes in the Change History on the Google Adwords Web Interface.

So my question is - Why did it take 4 days for us to be allowed to download all the changes and updates we had made to that account. When we were eventually told that changes had been made in our sync request, we had effected 1021 campaigns.

It is only 1 account, so we were able to sync all our other changed data, but it seems weird that we would not be told of changeData when quite clearly on the web interface, we HAVE made changes
