Generate Historical Metrics - only available for ENABLED plans

Hello, 

I am looking to get historical search metrics for a set of keywords that have been added under a campaign.  After following the docs  to create a keyword plan here - https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/keyword-planning/generate-historical-metrics I am making a call to generate the historical metrics and am getting the following error.

Request made: ClientCustomerId: None, Host: googleads.googleapis.com, Method: /google.ads.googleads.v8.services.KeywordPlanService/GenerateHistoricalMetrics, RequestId:requestid, IsFault: True, FaultMessage: Forecasts and stats are only available for ENABLED plans. Plan[plan_no] has status[PROMOTED]

I cannot find any information anywhere which allows me to 'enable' the plan.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out to our API support team.

So our team can more accurately troubleshoot, could you first share your customer ID and the complete request and response logs, with the request-id?

If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link.

You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.

Hello Google I have had this Gmail address for over 15 years and I have also had a strange amount of cybersecurity issues and I believe there are two people in my life that are stealing my identity based on information that they are able to find in my various Google accounts I have never participated in Google groups in my life and in my recent groups due to a Google takeout I pulled recently I found this and other groups is there a place where I could find IP addresses that have been accessing Google Groups I don't see it in my Google take out anywhere and now present day the activity in the access log only goes back 60 days it's concerning to me that it seems that somebody from my Gmail account replied to you directly in this Google group and asked you for search term history because I have been having a horrendous time it's urgent that you contact me I can't tell how do I get information out of these Google Groups please email me privately if possible I am quite literally offering a reward to anybody that can give me real tangible information that I could give law enforcement thank you
