Problem with Custom Intent Audiencies.

Hi everyone

How to create custom intent audience which will have type "Google search keywords"?

By default api creates audience with type "Custom intent In-market keywords", which not compatible with Video campaigns

I am afraid creation of custom intent audiences are not supported in the AdWords API/Google Ads API. You may refer to this guide for the audience types that are supported in the API. You may open your concern to the Advertiser's Community Forum as the product owners may be able to provide insights in the Google Ads UI perspective.

Hey, I can create Custom Intent!

type	CustomInterestType Type of the custom interest, CUSTOM_AFFINITY or CUSTOM_INTENT. By default the type is set to CUSTOM_AFFINITY.

But I can't switch type from In-Market keywords to Google search queries

My apologies missing this out and for the confusion. This is indeed supported. However, to better assist you, could you elaborate further what you meant by creating the customer intent having the type Google search queries?

I think it should be one more member_type in CustomInterestMember - QUERY or SEARCH_QUERY.

CustomInterestMemberType

The type of custom interest member, KEYWORD or URL.

Thank you for reaching out. If you're referring to audience keywords, this feature no longer exists and you will need to use custom intent audiences. More information can be found here.

If this is not what you're referring to, would you be able to provide a screenshot of the UI feature you are trying to replicate?

thanks fopr your response.
I have already created custom intent audiences via the CustomAffinityService with URLs and "In-market keywords".
I am looking for the option which is provided in the Dashboard during creation.
There is an additional drop down menu "Include people based on their:" with the options "In-market keywords" and "Google search terms".

Looks like In-market is always choosen by default in the API. Is there an option to select "Google search terms" during creation of custom intent audiences via API?
