Processing Time for OfflineUserDataJob

Hi team,

We are using OfflineUserDataJob to upload user data. For different type, the processing time seems quite different, i.e. when the type is CONTACT_INFO, the status is updated to SUCCESS very quickly, for CRM_ID, a bit slower, but still less than 24 hours(google ads doc claimed it takes up to 24 hours for OfflineUserDataJob to be processed). However for MOBILE_ADVERTISING_ID, it is still RUNNING after 24 hours. 

So my question is

1) what's the estimated maximum processing time for MOBILE_ADVERTISING_ID

2) if we upload duplicate user data, will the processing time be shorter?

Thanks for reaching out. There isn't a documented time difference between CONTACT_INFO and MOBILE_ADVERTISING_ID. Can you please privately provide us with the complete request and response logs from your MOBILE_ADVERTISING_ID upload?

I created an OfflineUserDataJob with Mobile Ids for a specific UserList. The request responded OK and gave back a job resource_name.

 I've been checking the last 2 days the status of this job with the resource_name, and is always RUNNING

Is there a way (a dashboard or similar) to check the status of all jobs that belong to an account? And, is it possible to configure a hook to send an alert if a job has been running longer than expected and send an OK message when it succeeds?

I am uploading jobs of type CONTACT_INFO and it's in a processing state for 3 hours, is this normal?

although the job has 1 user identifier with in one operation "create"

Hello Mutaz,

Our documentation has information about that. It can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 24 hours: https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/remarketing/audience-types/customer-match/get-started#verify-list

Make sure that you call the Run method on the job so the job properly kicks off after uploading the data.
