How to display banners from our website at google ads?

to AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum

We want to create banners from our image editor so that we can display them through your advertising system.

We are hesitating between 2 APIs to be able to do this in javascript: Google Double Click Trafficking and Reporting API or the unofficial API from Opteo. What do you recommend?
