auth.ini Set as follows：

developerToken = "Production account（unapproved developer token）"
userAgent = "MY Ads"

clientCustomerId = "test account（***-***-***）"

client_id = "test account Generate  client_id"
client_secret = "test account Generate  client_secret "

refresh_token = "refresh_token"

get refresh_token
1.Visit GetRefreshToken.php get authorization code address
2.Access authorization code address to get authorization code
3.GetRefreshToken.php written authorization code file, get refresh token access

There is no set Error?

Please help me as well. I'm with the same issue:

As Kevin said in this thread (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/adwords-api/7ozyAMrQkOk) : "If your token has not yet been approved, requests made against your test account (after it has been marked) will succeed.  Requests made before it has been made a test account will fail."

So I think my MCC account needs to be made a test account, although I have signed up for a test account using the test account link, so I dont know why this is happening.:

Real MCC Account client ID: 815-775-1530

Test MCC Account client ID: 888-624-6379

Hello, I'm still with the same issue,

I've checked the INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP error guide and carefully followed all steps. I provided my credit card and it's showing as valid, have signed terms and conditions and this is all processed now, I'm using the developer token of real MCC acount and making requesting against a MCC test account, but still I'm receiving ".INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP" error. Could u please check this for me?

Real MCC account Customer ID: 906-514-8326

Test MCC account Customer ID: 888-624-6379

The Test MCC account you provided does not appear to be a test account.  Please login into the test account and verify if it looks like the documentation.
