I met error when using function "Mutate" to push "Responsive Search Ads" data via Awords api v201809 with japanese 4 bytes: "𠀋 𡈽 𡌛 𡑮 𡢽 𠮟"

Detail in attach file: "rsa_error_japanese_4bytes_japanese.xlsx"

Please support me re-check and answer the reason and solution.
