Google Ads API Conversion Event Not AllowListed

Hello,

We are attempting to create Google Ads click conversions to the REST API. However, I am getting an error that says "Customer is not allowlisted for accessing this feature., at conversions[0].conversion_environment"

I am logged in as the Manager Account with admin + owner access.  Here is an example request:

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Ads API team. I hope you are doing well today.

With regards to your concern, it appears that you have encountered the “Customer is not allowlisted for accessing this feature”. Kindly note that Google Ads API added support to ClickConversion.conversion_environment on which a conversion was recorded since version 10.1.0. However, this feature is available to allowlisted accounts only and this is why you are encountering the said error.

If you want to get allowlisted to this specific feature, then you may reach out to your Google representative or Account manager and for them to reach out to our team separately so our team can provide the internal document that they can use in the said allowlisting process.

I am the account manager with MCCID 7247015696.  I attempted to call Google Ads Support and they had no idea how to assist me in getting allowlisted.

Thank you for your confirmation. 

To resolve this, you may need to reach out to the Google representative to allowlisted as allowlisting process is out of scope for our team, and Google Representative is the one who completes the process on your behalf. That said, if you have yet to identify a Google representative, then the Google Ads Product support team can help identify one for you. As soon as they have been identified for you, the Google representative can send us a separate email so our team can help provide information to them.

I wanted to provide a quick update.  I have been through the gauntlet with several Google Ads Product support team members and no one seems to be able to get me "allowlisted" so I can upload click conversions for my client.  We've been trying to get this working for months now with no luck.  Is there anyone on the Google Ads API team that can help direct me to the right place?  This is extremely frustrating.
